You can use the "Unsend" option to remove a message that you sent but afterwards changed your mind about. For everyone involved in the conversation, this will remove it.
1. Open Instagram once more and search for the message you wish to remove.
2. Place your finger on the message you wish to revoke and hold it there.
3. Select the Unsend option from the pop-up menu that displays and then confirm that you wish to remove it.
